Disrupt the Monolingual Bias this Hispanic Heritage Month!

This 1/2 or full-day workshop brings together language ideology awareness combined with some art/reflection practices as a means to explore how to Disrupt the Monolingual Bias means during designated cultural heritage events (like Hispanic Heritage Month).

Participants can expect strategies and applicable activities for their bilingual and subject-specific classrooms, as well as discuss ways to organize for the '24-’25 school year. Workshop offered either in-person or remote, and only during the dates Sept 15 - Oct 15.
