covers the theoretical and practical approaches to opening up the linguistic landscape in your schools. In this workshop, we clarify myths, explore real-life instances of linguistic pluralism, and invest in bilingual assessment solutions that nudge your MLLs towards empowering outcomes (be they social, academic, or personal).

takes text analysis to a whole new level. This cutting-edge workshop embeds the best of educational linguistics strategies to prepare teachers to conduct a “levels 1-2-3” analysis with any text type. Your MLLs will be making inferences and asking critical questions of texts in no time.
disrupting the monolingual bias →
is a nice accompaniment to any ABAR work being done in your district. Teachers move through a series of reflections on their personal journeys learning language while also engaging in some deep “un-learning” of myths around second language acquisition.
